How to file a Dispute on Payza

Hello Folk, in this article I’m going to explain about filling a Dispute on Payza, if got scammed by some one, or not got product or service for which you have paid, you can file a dispute if you paid using Payza with in last 30 days. well these are some simple steps you need to follow.

1- First of all Login to your Payza account and go to Payza Menu and click on Res0lution Center

2- Now you are in Resolution center and here you can resolve your issues with Merchants or seller, you can deal with Disputes. Now if you want to start a new case , just click on File a Dispute

3- Now here you can see list of all transactions, all payments to sent others, now select a payment for which you want to file a dispute and then click on File Dispute  , keep in mind you can only have a chance to get your money back if payment was sent with in last 30 days not more.

4- Now you need to provide details for your dispute, first select what was the type Purchase ? you can select Goods, services or donations from the drop down menu, depends what you bought. Now fill the information about your purchase , What is the purchase ? in this option you need to write the name or product or service and in next option provide the link of the sellers website leave blank if you have sent payment manually and don’t know sellers website.

Now its the most important options you need to describe you case, either its delivery issue or the description not match means you not got for what you have paid, select option from drop down menu.

5- Now Provide to the seller the reason for filing this dispute. Try to explain in details and provide all possible and helpful information so Payza team can understand batter issue for your case if you bought some thing from any website and have user name or any login details with them then its good to provide your User name or email id associated with the seller.

Of you have some more prof that can help you to win case you can attach file like, Payment log, Account history,  Conversation screen shot or any other related helpful document too. The next thing is to select the your desired outcome from this case, you can select any option you would like from the listed options and also give suggestion to the seller how to resolve this dispute or how he can make you happy

6- You are almost Done !! just preview details, verify term and conditions and complete process, Now you can go back to resolution center to check seller replies and every thing happening
